For urgent situation, including Saturday and Sunday mornings, you can utilize The Fracture andSports Injury Center.  Please call prior to arriving to be given the most convenient time to facilitate your prompt treatment.  Patient is responsible for HMO referrals if required. Phone Calls   Our medical secretaries and nurses can answer most routine orthopedic questions. However, if they are unable to do so, they will review your chart and check directly with the doctor, who will speak to you as the need arises. Allow one day for prescriptions to be refilled over the phone or at night. If you are in severe pain, it may be necessary for you to come into the office so that the physician can properly evaluate your problem.
