The Fracture and Sports Injury Center specializes in treatment of weekend athletes. Calling prior to arrival will help ensure that you are seen promptly and efficiently. HMO referrals may be required. We welcome individuals with an acute injury to seek our care. Most patients are treated the same day by an Orthopedic surgeon, based on the nature of the injury. This allows you to avoid long waiting times in the Emergency Room at the hospital. Our Board Certified orthopedic surgeons including Lawrence Weiss, M.D., George A. Arangio, M.D., Thomas DiBenedetto, M.D., Neal A. Stansbury, M.D., Mitchell Cooper M.D., Prody A. Ververeli, M.D., Dale J. Federico, M.D., Barry Berger, M.D., and Eric Lebby, M.D., are ready to treat you Monday through Saturday. The Fracture and Sports Injury Center has been in business for 20 years and has over 50 employees. With X-rays being taken and read immediately, as well as crutches, braces and physical therapy available on site, The Fracture and Sports Injury Center is always prepared to promptly treat fractures, sprains or other orthopedic injuries. We participate in most major insurance plans (including workers
compensation) and have lower costs and a shorter waiting period than the
