Neal A. Stansbury, MD

Dr. Stansbury is a graduate of the College at the University of California at Irvine, and the Hahnemann University. He was an orthopaedic resident at Hahnemann University Hospital. Before coming to Allentown, Dr. Stansbury completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship and was on the faculty at the Hershey Medical Center of Penn State University. He completed additional training and received a sub-specialty certification in Sports Medicine. Dr. Stansbury specializes in Arthroscopic Joint Surgery of the shoulder, knee and the hip. He has won academic awards and authored several scientific articles. He has raced bicycles for 30 years and won multiple elite championships. Dr. Stansbury is married and has three children. He has been the team doctor for Central Catholic High School since 1996 and the Medical Director of The Valley Preferred Cycling Center (Velodrome) since 2006.
