Dr. Weiss did his undergraduate training at Rutgers University and his Medical School Training at UMDNJ- Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He completed his Orthopaedic surgery Residency as well as his Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He has written numerous scientific publications and given presentations on various subjects regarding hand, wrist, and elbow surgery. He is an active member of The American Society of Surgery of the Hand and is faculty with the prestigious AO-North American Hand Group. He serves as the Chief, Division of Hand Surgery, at the Lehigh Valley Hospital and Trauma center. He has four children. In his spare time, he enjoys road biking and running.
