Mike Hosak Michael Hosak, Jr.
Licensed Physical Therapist

Mike is a graduate of Northeastern University, located in the Boston Metropolitan area, where he received a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Physical Therapy in 1996. While at Northeastern, Mike was involved in a variety of organizations and lettered four years as a member of the varsity football team. He took part in the Cooperative Education program which allows a student to gain important job experience in the field. He specialized in Sports Medicine Rehabilitation during his internships. Mike enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including hunting and golfing.


Monica K. Klaman Monica K. Klaman
M.S.P.T., C.H.T.

Monica graduated from Arcadia University in 1992 with a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. She obtained certification in Hand Therapy since 1998 and is an active member of ASHT. Monica has past experience in physical rehabilitation and out-patient orthopedic settings, specializing in upper extremity rehabilitation. She enjoys gardening, raising orchids, travel and fitness activities.

Melissa Smull Melissa Smull
D.P.T.

Melissa earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2003. She graduated from Arcadia University in 1998 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Melissa also graduated Magna Cum Laude from Muhlenberg College in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science majoring in biology and psychology. While at Muhlenberg, she played four years of varsity field hockey serving as team captain her senior year. She has been working in orthopedic and sports medicine settings since graduating with her physical therapy degree in 1998 and is an active member of the APTA. Melissa also teaches anatomy and physiology at Cedar Crest College. She referees field hockey and lacrosse in the Lehigh Valley school districts and is an active member of the PIAA. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys playing field hockey and ice hockey.


Nacy Zenko Nancy Zenko
Licensed Physical Therapist

Nancy graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1975 with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. She has experience in both hospital and home settings, specializing in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Nancy has been employed by VSAS since 1988, and is an active member of the APTA and PPTA. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Special Equestrians, an organization for the disabled. Nancy enjoys gardening and horseback riding in her free time.
