Physical Therapy
Our Physical Therapy Department is a very important part of our organization. Therapy is helpful in decreasing stiffness, weakness, and pain, so that you can return as quickly as possible to sports, work activities, and your normal daily schedule. Our therapy team consists of topnotch licensed physical therapists and physical therapy assistants with many years of experience. Therapy may include manipulation, traction, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, exercise, ice, and phonophoresis.
Physical therapy is rehabilitation concerned with restoration of function and prevention of disability following disease, injury, or loss of body part. The therapeutic properties of exercise, heat, cold, electricity, ultraviolet radiation, and massage are used to improve circulation, strengthen muscles, encourage return of motion and train or retain an individual to perform the activities of daily living.
